BORROW RCBC HOME LOAN – Here are the minimum and maximum loanable amounts under this RCBC Housing Loan offer.

The Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC) is one of the banks in the Philippines with a Home Loan offer. You can borrow from the RCBC Home Loan for the financing of a residential property acquisition, house construction, home renovation, and home loan take-out.

Under the said loan offer, the minimum loanable amount is P1 million but the bank has not stated a limit as to the maximum. The maximum loan term is 20 years.

In applying for the loan offer, there are both qualifications and documentary requirements in the application. To be eligible to apply for the loan offer, the loan applicant must be:

a Filipino; dual citizen; or a foreigner married to a Filipino
at least 21 years old upon the loan application
not more than 65 years old upon the loan maturity if employed and not more than 70 years old at the time of the end of the loan term if self-employed
having a mobile number and a landline contact number at home or at work
having a stable source of inco
- if employed, the applicant must be earning at least P40,000 gross income monthly
- if self-employed, the applicant must be running a profitable business for at least two (2) years already at the time of the loan application

With regards to the documentary requirements in applying for the loan offer, the set of documents that an applicant will need to submit depends whether he/she is employed or self-employed. Here are the requirements:

  - Certificate of Employment (COE) or latest ITR
  - 2 valid government-issued IDs
  - TIN
  - Utility bill
- If self-employed:
  - Business Registration with DTI
  - Audited Financial Statements
  - ITR or bank statements
