Liza Soberano on Boy Abunda: “I felt like I was misunderstood by you”
LIZA SOBERANO – The actress recently reacted to Boy Abunda’s “disappointment” over her 14-minute “This is Me” vlog.
The actress appeared on Friday’s episode of “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda” where she and the King of Talk were able to talk about the latter’s disappointment over her and her 14-minute vlog.
According to her, she was “hurt” with Boy Abunda’s pronouncement.
In an interview, Liza told Boy that he’s the one who can understand as she sees him as one of the wisest in the showbiz industry.
“Sa dami ng pinagdaanan mo with different personalities, parang you always saw things for what they were. And parang ang paniniwala ko your judgment isn’t clouded by the noise of the media, by what the fans say,” she told Boy. “So parang I felt like I was misunderstood by you.”

The actress then admitted that she now understands where the King of Talk was coming from.
In the same interview, the actress told the King of Talk that she initially didn’t want to do the interview with him because she didn’t feel the need to explain.
However, she said that she started having feelings of regret because there were so many interpretations of what she said about her vlog. She also said she felt like she needed to defend herself.
According to her, she’s “just stating facts” in her now-controversial 14-minute vlog that she uploaded on her YouTube channel.
It was last February 23 when Boy Abunda confirmed that Liza’s accounts were not hacked and it’s her move as a way to rebrand herself. In an episode of “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda” aired last March 10, the King of Talk revealed that his source about Liza’s rebranding is actor Enrique Gil.
