HERLENE BUDOL – The “Magandang Dilag” star is returning to the pageant stage as she confirmed that she will join Miss Grand International.
The beauty queen appeared on Tuesday’s episode of “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda”.
In an interview with “King of Talk” Boy Abunda, the “Magandang Dilag” star said that she wants to express her gratitude to Wilbert Tolentino by joining the pageant competition as he wants for her.
Herlene said that Wilbert made her dreams come true, adding that she wants to make him happy by doing what makes him happy – by joining the pageant competition.
“Tinupad niya yung mga pangarap ko na magkaroon ng bahay, sasakyan, mapagamot yung lolo ko, pati yung burol ng lola ko sinagot niya,” Herlene said about Wilbert. “So yung kaligayahan naman po ni Sir Wilbert yung gagawin ko na which is kaligayahan ko din po ngayon na mapasaya ko naman siya.“
The beauty queen was also asked what he will bring to the pageant. According to her, she will bring her confidence to the competition as it’s her “number one puhunan” in life and she doesn’t have any talent.
Herlene also confirmed in the same interview that she’s single and prioritizing her career. She also said that all she wants to do is to keep working towards her career, adding that love can wait.
“Syota ko ngayon ‘yung career ko, tapos gusto kong buntisin tapos paramihin, kasi trabaho po yung gusto ko,” Herlene said.
