Dawn Zulueta, among the delegates at World Economic Forum in Switzerland?
DAWN ZULUETA – The actress was criticized by some netizens for being part of the delegation of President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. in Switzerland.
Zulueta, the wife of Special Assistant to the President (SAP) Antonio Lagdameo Jr., is being questioned by some netizens for her “role” in the World Economic Forum, held in Davos, Switzerland.
The veteran actress was seen along with other delegates (which include her husband) during a “welcome lunch” as per the video posted by the People’s Television Network on the microblogging site, Twitter on Tuesday, January 17.
Her attendance to the said forum has earned mixed reactions from the netizens, with some questioning her presence at the event though she’s not a politician nor an economist.
“If Dawn Zulueta is part of the onboard entourage of the BBM then someone should explain her role in Davos. Kung personal na pera naman gamit niya kasama asawa niya, then resibo na lang. Sa hirap ba naman ng bansa natin ngayon at nagbabayad tayo [ng buwis] eh kailangan resibo,” a netizen commented.
The veteran actress has yet to issue any statement regarding questions about her role in the said forum at the same time who paid for her trip to Davos.
Meanwhile, the 18-member official government delegation of Marcos traveled to Switzerland to take part in the forum from January 16-20, 2023. The delegation included senior deputy majority leader Ferdinand Alexander “Sandro” Marcos and the first lady, Liza Araneta-Marcos.
