Agot Isidro takes a swipe at someone who loves to travel abroad
AGOT ISIDRO – The actress and government critic took to the microblogging site, Twitter wherein she threw a shade at someone who loves to travel abroad.
Agot Isidro whose real name is Maria Margarita Amada Fteha Isidro started as a backup singer together with her sisters Olive Cruz and Tina Isorena in The Sharon Cuneta Show. Then, she became part of the noontime show ‘Sang Linggo nAPO Sila.
During her showbiz reign, she’s dubbed as the “Crush ng Bayan” or “the people’s crush” and also as the “Julia Roberts of the Philippines.” She is best known for her role as Ingrid Martinez, the main antagonist in the 2009 hit television series, Tayong Dalawa.
In 2012, she transferred to GMA Network and starred in One True Love. Later, she returned to her original home network, ABS-CBN and became part of Muling Buksan ang Puso, starring Julia Montes, Enrique Gil and Enchong Dee.
She previously starred in the Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) entry, Family Matters. Aside from her Agot Isidro has been critical to the government.
Recently, she went to the microblogging site, Twitter wherein she threw a shade at someone who loves to travel abroad. “Apparently, it’s more fun out of the Philippines,” she noted.
As expected, her tweet generated mixed reactions from the netizens with some trying to guess who was she’s referring to. Some netizens claimed that she might talking about President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr.
Marcos has already visited Belgium, Cambodia, China, Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, and the United States since taking office. He was scheduled to visit Japan in February 2023 to meet with Prime Minister Fumio Kishida.
