Jake Cuenca congratulates Kylie Verzosa
JAKE CUENCA – The actor congratulated his former live-in partner Kylie Verzosa.
Jake whose real name is Juan Carlos Leveriza Cuenca started in showbiz as a model at the age of nine (9). Then, he made several television and print commercials including endorsements for Safeguard, Coke, and Globe Telecom.
At age ten, he had a cameo role in the 1997 film version of Wansapanataym. It was followed by Takbo Barbara Takbo and Panday in 1998. He became part of GMA Network in 2003 and appeared in the youth-oriented drama series, Click.
After transferring to ABS-CBN in 2006, he appeared in an episode of Love Spell, “Sweet Sixty”. He also starred in string of popular series such as Sana Maulit Muli, Palos, Tayong Dalawa, Rubi and to name a few.
Kylie Fausto Verzosa is an actress, model, and beauty queen. She rose to fame when she was crowned Binibining Pilipinas International 2016 and eventually Miss International 2016. As an actress, she has starred in notable movies such as Ikaw lang ang mahal, Sisid and My Husband, My Lover.
The two were once a couple. It was in 2019 when the two confirmed via Tonight With Boy Abunda that they are in a relationship. They first met on the set of Ang Panday and reconnected when they started working together on Los Bastardos. However, after their three-year relationship, they decided to breakup.
in a sideline interview with PEP.ph during the premiere night of “My Father, My Self,” his entry on the Metro Manila Film Festival, the actor congratulated the actress after being named as Best Actress in the 2022 Distinctive International Arab Festivals Awards in Dubai, United Arab Emirates last December 7, 2022.
“Congratulations! I’ve said it all in my texts… Siguro at this point, now may sarili na siyang tinatahak, may sarili akong tinatahak… No matter [what] I’ll be proud of her. Like I’ve said on my text, silently I’ll be supporting, silently I’m proud of her,” he said.
