KING CHARLES CORONATION – The Buckingham Palace released an announcement regarding the crowning of King Charles III.
The eldest son of the late Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Charles, succeeded her in the throne and is now King Charles III. The 96-year-old British monarch died in her home in Scotland last September 8. Based on a report on ABS-CBN News, Buckingham Palace announced that King Charles III’s coronation will be on May 6, 2023. His wife, Camilla, will also be crowned as the Queen Consort. Based on the report, the said date is in time for the fourth birthday of Archie, the King’s grandson and son of Prince Harry and Meghan.
