ROYAL FAMILY LINE TO THE THRONE – Here is the line of succession to the British monarch post following Queen Elizabeth II’s death.
After a 70-year reign, Queen Elizabeth II died at the age of 96 years old. The United Kingdom now has a new king, Charles III, the eldest son of the late Queen. At the age of 73, King Charles III is the oldest person to have assumed the post as the British monarch.
