Maricel Soriano: “New Teleserye Soon”
MARICEL SORIANO — The Diamond Star recently took to social media to announce that she’s gearing up for a new teleserye.
More than a year after the conclusion of her last primetime drama series, the actress announced that she is set to star in a new Kapamilya teleserye.
Maricel shared photos and a video of herself on her social media account wherein she was seen holding a bouquet of flowers. In the caption, she said that her new teleserye will air soon on ABS-CBN under Dreamscape Entertainment.
A series of photos of her meeting with Dreamscape Entertainment — the ABS-CBN entertainment unit behind “The Broken Marriage Vow” and “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano” — indicated the involvement of directors Jojo Saguin and Manny Palo.
Maricel also posed with Dreamscape head Deo Endrinal, executive-in-charge of creatives Rondel Lindayag, executive-in-charge of production Erick Salud, and creative manager Danica Domingo.
Meanwhile, Dreamscape Entertainment has yet to announce other details, such as the title of the teleserye and other cast members.

Maricel Soriano’s upcoming project marks a reunion with Dreamscape Entertainment, which produced her 2019 series “The General’s Daughter” starring actress Angel Locsin.
According to a report, Variety revealed exclusively last January that Maricel will be appearing in “Re-Live: A Tale of an American Island Cheerleader” alongside American actresses Rachel Leyco and Rain Valdez.
The said movie will reportedly start shooting in Hawaii and Guam in November and a premiere date has yet to be announced.
