JOB HIRING ABROAD – The Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) announced that 10,000 job orders from Singapore were approved by PH’s Labor Office.
DMW Secretary Susan Ople confirmed that there will be hiring of Filipino workers for job opportunities in Singapore and the list is expected to be filled by next month as the Singaporean employers are in urgent need. The hiring includes job opportunities for aircraft technicians, healthcare workers, skilled workers in the engineering industry, and education and I.T. sectors workers.

SINGAPORE JOB HIRING – Immediate job orders of 10,000 workers for different fields are open for Filipino worker applicants.
Many Filipinos undeniably dream of working abroad for a better compensation. Many of them see that their line of work or profession are paired better in other countries compared to how much they receive here in the Philippines. These people are only in the pursuit for a comfortable life and a better future not only for themselves but for their families as well.
Most Pinoys who are working abroad are bread winners of their families. They hardly go home for vacation to be able to save money and put up businesses that can give them a choice to finally stay in the country with their family in the future.
Thus, this pursuit keeps many Filipinos looking for job hiring opportunities abroad. Recently, a Singapore job hiring was confirmed by the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW).
Based on a report on ABS-CBN News, 10,000 job orders from Singapore was approved by the Philippine Overseas Labor Office or POLO. DMW stressed that the Singapore job hiring will bring great opportunities for the Filipino workers.
According to the government agency, it is expected that the job orders will be filled by next month because of Singaporean employers’ immediate need for workers. The following are the job orders:
- Aviation industry – 5,000 aircraft technicians
- Medical industry – 3,000 healthcare workers
- Engineering industry – 1,000 skilled workers
- Education industry – 500 workers
- I.T. sectors – 300 workers
Based on the report, the job orders have been approved prior to the President’s state visit in Singapore. The DMW expects that the demand for Pinoy workers in Singapore will grow following a successful state of the Philippine President in the country.
