Chito Miranda: “I am sooooo proud of you, at mahal na mahal na mahal talaga kita, asawa ko.”
CHITO MIRANDA — The “Parokya ni Edgar” frontman recently shared a throwback photo with his wife, Neri Naig, to mark her birthday.
Chito greeted his wife on her special day and said that he’s proud of her. He went on to express her love for his wife, saying, “mahal na mahal na mahal talaga kita, asawa ko”.
“Happy Birthday, Neri Naig, 6th placer sa SCQ, ngunit number 1 naman sa tagumpay ng buhay,” he wrote. “I am sooooo proud of you, at mahal na mahal na mahal talaga kita, asawa ko … buti nalang talaga nilandi kita.“
Among those who also greeted Neri on her birthday are Sam YG, Davey Langit, Candy Pangilinan, Isabel Oli, and Jugs Jugueta.

Chito also posted a throwback photo with his wife on his Instagram account and captioned, “Eto yung time na nagpapa-cute pa lang ako kay Neri Naig.“
In the caption of his social media post, he said that he didn’t know that Neri will be the reason why he’ll be so happy and contented in life at that time. He also shared that there’s another level of happiness destined for him.
According to him, his wife is his “closest, most direct connection to God” because he’s reminded everyday how blessed he is and how beautiful the world is because of her.
“May nagmahal sa akin na higit pa sa pagmamahal ko sa aking sarili. Nagkaroon ako ng asawa’t mga anak na sobrang mahal na mahal ko, na di ko man lang inakala na may ganung capacity pala ako to love.” he said. “Because of her, I am at peace. This is how I feel because of Neri. That is how much I love her.“
