The actor admitted that he doesn’t believe in having a virtual relationship himself even though his on-screen role as Greg got into an online relationship with the character portrayed by actress Heaven Peralejo in the “Strangers Online” episode of “Maalaala Mo Kaya (MMK)”.

Nakaka-relate ako kasi parang nasaktan si Greg because he was in a long-distance relationship and his girlfriend cheated on him so na-trauma na siya sa long distance,” he shared. “Wala naman akong trauma sa long distance, I just don’t like it for my personal preference.

Even after 6 years in show business, he also revealed that he did experience some anxiety when he’s on the set of an acting project.

The actor starred in his first MMK episode “Grow Old With You” in 2020 and has been looking forward to doing more projects with the Philippines’ longest running drama anthology.

According to him, Janella Salvador, with whom he has a son named Jude Trevor, is supportive of his career even though he’s being paired on-screen with other leading ladies.

He said that he and Janella are very mature about their jobs and they supported each other.
