Solenn Heussaff On Being Asked About Her Occupation: “I never know”

What is your occupation? This question is hard to answer for Solenn Heussaff.

Kapuso star Solenn Heussaff admitted that she is still “nalilito” or unsure what to answer when asked about her occupation.

Solenn is one of the versatile celebrities in the Philippine entertainment industry. She can act, sing, and dance. The wife of Argentine businessman and social media personality Nico Bolzico can do hosting stints as well, aside from being a prolific painter and having a good fashion sense.

Despite her abilities, skills, and the things she can do, Solenn is still having a hard time identifying a single job as her occupation.

During a recent interview on Bianca Gonzalez’s YouTube channel, Solenn Heussaff said that when filling out airport forms, she can’t write directly her specific occupation.

They ask what’s your occupation, I never know. I don’t want to say I am an actress because I feel like I have so much work to do still as an actress,” she said.

The Kapuso star shared that she would write “TV personality” as her job because she can’t put “singer” as she doesn’t feel like she’s Mariah Carey.

Until now, if you tell me I need pick one, I still can’t pick. The beauty of my journey is that I don’t really need to at this point,” Solenn said. She added that she still has a lot to learn.

Before becoming an actress, Solenn wanted to be a fashion designer. However, this wasn’t her childhood dream. It just so happened that she already knew that she would do something connected to arts because this is where she expelled in school.

“I would be the photographer, I would style. I thought okay maybe the whole fashion industry is meant for me that’s why I decided to study fashion,” Solenn Heussaff shared.

This is the reason why Solenn said that at a young age it is not easy for people to determine immediately what they really want to do because “you haven’t experienced the world yet.”
