Meanwhile, following the start of a new administration in the Philippines and the reduced number of COVID-19 cases in the country, the Department of Education (DepEd) decided to implement full face-to-face classes in November.
In a memorandum, DepEd ordered the implementation of full face-to-face classes by November 2. Prior to it, schools may implement face-to-face classes thrice or four times a week mixed with blended learning.
