Rhian Ramos: “Never ko naisip na umalis or lumipat.”
RHIAN RAMOS — As she celebrated 16 years in the showbiz industry this May 2022, the actress proudly shared that she has remained loyal to GMA-7.
Rhian has been a Kapuso star for 16 now.
The actress started her showbiz career in 2006 through the Kapuso primetime series “Captain Barbell” as Richard Gutierrez’s leading lady. Rhian used the screen name “Rhian Denise Ramos” at that time.
She revealed during her PEP Live interview last May 31 that she’s proud to say that she has remained loyal to her home network.
According to her, she never thought of leaving GMA-7 or moving to another network.
“Ako, in that entire 16-year period, never ko naisip na umalis or lumipat. Kasi I think I entered GMA, I was 15, so I was so young,” she said. “That’s why it really does feel like a family to me. Kasi a lot of the executives and a lot of the people I met there, I met when I was so young, and they would help me and guide me and understand me.”
she also believed that open communication with the bosses is the key to having a harmonious relationship with GMA Network.

Her current project with her home network, “Artikulo 247”, is down to its last 2 days on GMA Afternoon Prime.
PEP reported that the actress is currently on vacation in Europe, which was also where she was when the interview was held. The independence and anonymity she experiences outside the Philippines also helps her to reframe how she sees her life in the show business.
Also, the actress made sure that she remains thankful for everything that’s happening to her showbiz career.
“I think a really big deal is just gratitude. Kasi yung nabanggit mo nga, merong mga ups, merong mga downs, pero kahit doon sa mga downs, parang you stay grateful,” Rhian said.
