Paul Salas: “Gusto ko ito na ‘yung last”
PAUL SALAS — After confirming that he’s dating Sparkle actress Mikee Quintos, the actor recently opened up about dating her.
Paul and Mikee had been dropping sweet posts on social media, making supporters and fellow celebrities “kilig” with their cuteness.
The actor recently shared in an interview on “Suprise Guest With Pia Arcangel” episode that their courtship started after wrapping up taping for “The Lost Recipe”.
According to him, he and Mikee are taking things slow and steady, keeping the long-term future in mind.
“Nakita lang din namin ang connection namin na minsan pag sa taping nag-uusap kami ang tagal na pala, hindi na namin alam, ganun,” he said. “Hindi kami nagmamadali, kumbaga gusto namin sure na. Kumbaga pa-25 na po ako, so gusto ko parang kung ito naman, gusto ko ito na ‘yung last.“
Paul had his fair share of relationships in the past as he previously dated J-pop singer Taki Saito and actress Barbie Imperial.

With COVID-19 protocols still in place at present, he said that there are times when he and Mikee get busy with their respective lock-in tapings. All is well, however, as the two are not in a hurry and are still able to find the time to spend together.
In a recent photo posted on the actor’s Instagram account, Paul and Mikee shared a meal and he waxed poetic in the caption.
“Para kang anghel na umaawit sa langit aabutin kita kahit maraming balakid kasi mahalaga ika’y mapasa’kin.” Paul wrote in the caption of his Instagram post.
The actor started his career in 2004 through Kapuso network’s talent search “StarStruck Kids” alongside Bea Binene, Miguel Tanfelix, and Sandy Talag, among others.
He transferred to ABS-CBN in 2008 and returned to GMA-7 after almost 9 years of staying on the Kapamilya network.
