Makati Court Decides on Case Vs. Tony Labrusca
COURT – The Makati Prosecutor’s Office released a decision on the charges filed against Kapamilya actor Tony Labrusca.
One of the popular young actors in the Philippine showbiz industry is Kapamilya actor Tony Labrusca, the son of singer Angel Jones with Kapamilya actor Boom Labrusca.
Angel and Boom separated and Tony was raised by his mother and stepfather abroad. He was already a young man when he and his mother returned to the Philippines.
The showbiz career of Tony started when he joined Pinoy Boyband Superstar in 2016. It was also through the show that he got reunited with Boom.
Tony Labrusca’s acting skills caught the attention of a lot of people and projects kept coming his way. He was part of several big projects under the Kapamilya network.
However, in June 2021, many people were surprised when an unidentified woman filed a case against Tony Labrusca before a court in Makati for erring behaviors against her in January 2021.
Based on a report on ABS-CBN News, the Makati Prosecutor’s Office has ruled on the charges against Tony Labrusca. Citing that there is no probable cause, the court junked the case filed against the actor.
Another case was previously filed against the actor for allegedly hurting another person. The said case was dismissed last July 2021.
Despite the cases filed against Tony Labrusca tainting his image being an actor, projects kept coming his way. Currently, he is excited for his upcoming project with beauty queen Ariella Arida entitled “Breathe Again”.
Tony’s previous movie with veteran Kapamilya actress Angel Aquino entitled “Glorious” also caught the attention of a lot of people as it showed the story of a young man and a 52-year-old woman falling in love with each other and fighting for their love despite the objection of some people around them.
