LAUREEN UY — The content creator recently shared that she fulfilled her lifelong dream of buying her own beach lot.
Laureen and her brother Vince are now proud owners of a beautiful beach lot in La Union.
The vlogger and influencer is one happy kid, after finally fulfilling one of her lifelong dreams to buy her very own beach lot. She shared in her latest vlog that she’s been saving up for this big investment for years.
Together with her older brother, Laureen bought a beautiful property in La Union.
“Actually high school pa lang ako, third year high school, I was already working and saving up money,” she shared. “Noong nag-college ako, I had Style Break, I was selling clothes also online. And I ask my dad if I could open an ATM account para at least lahat ng savings ko doon na malalagay.”

She also shared that it was when she turned 30 that she realized that she was saving up money to fulfill her “big dream”.
“And before, lagi ko sinasabi, sobrang gusto ko ng beach house. Ito na ‘yung pinag-iipunan ko and I kept manifesting it and manifesting it, but I didn’t know exactly, which area I wanted to buy a beach lot,” she shared. “I just knew like ‘yun ‘yung dream ko, magka-beach house.”
It was also during the start of the coronavirus pandemic in March 2020 that she realized that she wanted to build a home in La Union. According to her, La Union’s whole vibe is so different and special.
According to her, she and her brother decided to buy a lot in the province in early last year. She also enumerated the considerations in buying a beach lot — location, price, paper works.
