Some Kakampink slammed the chef behind VP Robredo’s “K-pop” TikTok video
GELO GUISON – The internet chef who’s said to be behind the viral “K-pop” video of Vice President Leni Robredo was slammed by his fellow Kakampink.
Robredo is gearing up for the highest position in the government this coming May 9, 2022 election.
Together with her runningmate, Senator Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan, they will go against the tandem of; former senator Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. and Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio, Manila Mayor Isko Moreno and Doc Willie Ong, Senator Manny Pacquiao and Buhay partylist representative, Lito Atienza as well as Senator Panfilo “Ping” Lacson and Senator Vicente “Tito” Sotto III.
Currently, she is making rounds online following her latest TikTok video wherein she can be seen showing “finger heart”, a gesture that originated in South Korea and became a hit among millennials and K-pop fans.
The song “Minamahal Namin si Leni” is being played in the background while Robredo is giving finger heart.
The words “Pipiliin, mamahalin at ipaglalaban ka araw-araw” also appears on the video.
The TikTok video generated mixed reactions from the netizens. However, some supporters of the presidential candidate did not like it.
There were Kakampinks who were pissed off at the person behind Leni’s TikTok video.
According to some netizens, the person behind it is Chef Gelo Guison, who’s also behind the “kamehame wave” TikTok video of the vice president.
Others even accused Guison of being a “trojan horse” to defame her.
This prompted him to react, “Una hindi ako mole or trojan horse. You can ask people from the campaign lol. Ikalawa, December 8 pa pinost yang video na yan. Pinakalat lang ulit ng mga Orcs. Kapag lumulubog ka sana sa kampanya e di alam mo sana ang kaganapan. Labas din ng Twitter.”
Robredo’s camp has yet to issue any statement with regards to the conflict among Kakampinks.
