Ellen Adarna has this statement about the prenup agreement
Actress Ellen Adarna received a question from a netizen about having a prenuptial agreement with her husband actor Derek Ramsay.
One of the sensitive topics within the topic of marriage is “money”. Many celebrities have signed prenup agreements before they eventually tied the knot with their partners but only a few have openly talked about this.
One of the celebrity couples who related to the public the things surrounding their prenup agreement are Heart Evangelista and Chiz Escudero. The couple revealed that they signed the agreement for their peace of mind.
In a recent question-and-answer session that Ellen Adarna had on her Instagram Story, she was asked about this sensitive topic. A netizen asked her this question: “I know both you and your husband are both well off but did you guys ever consider prenup agreement?”
The actress revealed that this is not the first time that she was asked about this. “So many people ask me and Derek this and this is a very personal question,” Ellen said. Without directly answering the question, she said, “Let’s put it this way. Dili ko lugi ni Derek, si Derek diri ko lugi nako (Hindi ako lugi kay Derek at hindi rin siya lugi sa akin). So patas ang show!”
Ellen is one of the wealthiest celebrities in the Philippines who practically does not need a regular show in order to earn a living. Her family is one of the richest clans in Cebu. It is also known to many that Derek Ramsay has assets. Several write-ups about his luxury cars were already published. Apparently, money matters are not a big deal for the celebrity couple.
