Jewel Mische: “I’ll be signing off of Instagram for a while.”
JEWEL MISCHE — The StarStruck alumna recently took to social media to announce that she’s taking a temporary break from social media.
The past weeks had been hectic for Jewel as she recently gave birth to her third child with husband Alister Kurzer,
In her recent post, however, Jewel reveals that she’s taking a temporary break from social media to devote more attention to her family, with her sharing her pregnancy journey to her supporters by regularly posting updates on social media.
Sharing a photo of herself with daughter Yzbel Quinn, Jewel said that she’ll be signing off of Instagram for a while.
“I’ll be signing off of Instagram for a while. Will occasionally sign on with an update on life,” she wrote. “I want to savor these days with my newborn and be as hands-free as I can be for my family and soak up moments with them.”
Jewel was currently based in the United States together with her husband and their daughters Emerald Jade, Aislah Rose, and Yzbel Quinn.

The former actress also wanted to focus on her faith especially now that the Christmas season is here. According to her, Christmas can often become a “time of significant distraction and unnecessary busyness”.
“I also don’t want to miss Jesus this December. I want this December to revolve around Him,” she shared. “I need to take a step back to breathe, pray, reevaluate, and tune my ears to the Lord.”
