Police Speaks on Passengers of Small Plane that Crashed in Italy
SMALL PLANE – A private plane off to the island of Sardinia crashed into an empty building in Milan, Italy.
Nowadays, there are several means of transportation. Aircrafts are not anymore limited to big passenger planes. There are choppers and as well as ones that are smaller in size compared to the passenger planes.
Usually, small planes are private planes owned by a person or a family or a group of people like in a business. They are intended to save time in traveling most especially for those who usually take flights across countries.
However, whether big or small and regardless of the transportation, there are always risks when traveling. In the case of aircrafts, there were several instances in the past when a crash occurred.
Recently, another unfortunate incident involving a small plane took place. Based on a report on GMA News, the private plane was off to the island of Sardinia. Eight (8) people were aboard the aircraft.
However, shortly after it took off from Milan’s Linate city airport, the small plane crashed into an empty building in Milan, Italy outside the suburban metro station.
Based on the report, the people in the area heard a blast when the incident took place. Vehicles parked on the street caught fire due to the incident. According to Police, all eight (8) passengers of the small plane died on the incident.
There are no other casualties reported apart from the passengers of the private plane. It crashed on a two-storey building that was empty at that time as it was in the process of renovation.
