The Department of Health (DOH) encouraged the public not to entertain those who were offering to sell COVID-19 vaccines.
On Saturday, Health Undersecretary Maria Rosario Vergeire said that they’re remindingthe public not to entertain those who were selling COVID-19 vaccines in the country.
According to Vergeire, all COVID-19 vaccines available in the country were free and the public shouldn’t have to pay for it.
It’s just the national government through your local governments na maaring makapagbigay sa inyo ng bakunang ito. Hindi niyo kailangan magbayad,” Vergeire said.

Three people were recently arrested by the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) for allegedly selling COVID-19 vaccines in the country. According to Galvez, an investigation into the alleged sale of COVID-19 vaccine doses was ongoing.
In a radio interview, Health Secretary Francisco Duque III said that illegal sellers of COVID-19 vaccine doses should be punished.
