Deaf Grab Food Rider Tries Best To Contact Customer & Receives Reward
A deaf Grab Food rider received a reward after trying his best to contact his customer although he could not speak.
A Malaysian Grab Food rider identified as Rizuam contacted his customer Bonda Nor after he got lost and experienced hardships searching for her house. He also informed his customer that he is dead and mute via message.
Rizuam also explained that he could not call to explain the situation and ask for directions. Unfortunately, Bonda failed to read the rider’s message and gets furious knowing that the delivery worker is late.
“In between 6.15pm to 6.45pm, I received many calls from the same number. I’m used to not picking up phone calls from unknown numbers but because I’m waiting for the GrabFood rider to arrive, I picked them up as I was worried he couldn’t find my house,” Bonda said.
The lady customer even gets furious after the rider called but refused to talk without knowing about the delivery employee’s condition. The guy continue to road around the area searching for his client’s house.
After the rider finally found Bonda’s house and delivered the order. The customer gave Rizuam $2.50 and met him again to give a reward.
