Angela Ken now officially an ABS-CBN Music artist.
Angela Ken, a singer-songwriter who went viral on TikTok after singing her unfinished original song “Ako Naman Muna”, was the newest artist of ABS-CBN Music.
In a report on PUSH, ABS-CBN Music creative director Jonathan Manalo discovered Angela after her video singing “Ako Naman Muna” went viral on TikTok, which so far had 1.3M likes and 21.2K comments from her fans.
Jonathan himself then personally contacted Angela to offer her a recording and management contract.

Angela then posted on Instagram as she thanked her fans for supporting her, adding that nothing was truly impossible with the Lord.
“Isang malaking karangalan po na mapasama sa isang pamilya na nagtutulungang umangat at nagbibigay ngiti sa maraming tao.. It still feels like a dream standing on stage and signing an ABS-CBN contract. But nothing is truly impossible with the Lord,” Angela said in her Instagram post.
“Ako Naman Muna” was perfect for Angela to show off her musical talent, especially since her debut single starred her angelic voice and passionate songwriting accompanied by the simple sound of a guitar.
Her debut single will be available on various digital music services starting March 5, 2021.
