PBA player Aljon Mariano and beauty queen girlfriend Kayesha Chua took to social media as they both announced that they were officially engaged.
In a report on GMA Entertainment, Barangay Ginebra forward Aljon was the latest PBA player to get engaged.
Aljon proposed to Kayesha last February 27 during their vacation in El Nido, Palawan. However, he announced it last Sunday as he posted photos and a video during the proposal.
As seen in the caption, Aljon shared that he asked the love of his life to marry him and be his forever. Hashtags #SheSaidYes and #022721 were also present in the caption of his Instagram post.
“I asked the love of my life to marry me and be my forever! #SheSaidYes #022721” Aljon said.

Kayesha Chua, on the other hand, posted more photos on her Instagram account.
As seen in the caption on her Instagram post, Kayesha said that she’s marrying the man God had destined her to be with and her all kinds of love rolled into one person.
“With you, I’ve always known exactly where we were going. It was just a matter of time, God’s perfect timing. And it absolutely was. I am marrying the man God has destined me to be with. My all kinds of love rolled into one person! My best-est friend @aljonmariano with you all the way,” Kayesha said.
Kayesha and Aljon had been in a relationship dating back to Aljon’s playing days with the UST Growling Tigers.
