Actress-singer Nadine Lustre reportedly bought a condominium unit that has a jaw-dropping price.
Nadine has been in the showbiz industry for several years now and she already did many successful projects whether it is an acting stint, endorsements, or projects in her career in music.
The impression that she is handling her finances very well from her showbiz earnings was written in the recent article of Pilipino Star Ngayon entertainment columnist Salve Asis.
It is because of the report that Nadine Lustre is now living in Proscenium (Rockwell). Rumor has it that a condominium unit in the said area is worth P50-million.
According to Asis, Nadine was the one who leaked this information to her friend. Then, the columnist shared that she asked her friend who is also living in Proscenium regarding the said amount.
“Oo nga raw pag 120 square meters ang sukat ng isang unit sa nasabing high end condo sa Makati, ganun kamahal ang unit,” the columnist said.
The friend of the columnist even shared that celebrity doctor Vicki Belo and BENCH owner Ben Chan also have their respective units in the said area.
“Kung ganun, ang husay din mag-handle ng pera ni Nadine ha. Imagine, nakabili siya ng ganun kamahal na unit,” Asis commented.
It was also said that before, the actress-singer was just renting a unit in Rockwell but her rent reached almost a million pesos already.
Meanwhile, following the case that Viva Artists Agency (VAA) filed, which was handing the career of Nadine Lustre before she terminated the contract, allegations surfaced that the camp of the actress is now willing to reconcile.
