Radio Personality Raffy Tulfo Launches Idol Shopping Network to Compete w/ Shopee & Lazada
The veteran Filipino broadcaster Raffy Tulfo launched his own e-commerce platform to compete with Shopee and Lazada.
Recently, Raffy Tulfo has launched his own e-commerce platform Idol Shopping Network (ISN). ISN is a local version of the giant online shopping websites Shopee and Lazada. He aims to provide a quality service to the Filipino customers.
The 60-year-old personality promised the public to entertain the complaints of their customers after the formal opening of the platform within this month. He also ensured that resellers and merchants would deliver good quality products.
“Our merchants and resellers are well-screened, the selection process is long and strict. Sending a photo of the item for sale isn’t enough. We must see the item itself,” Tulfo said.
He also wants to ensure that sellers are reliable and to assure that their customers are 100 percent satisfied. ISN would also urge the clients to sign a contract saying they agree to be videod and photographed upon opening of the package.
The agreement also orders clients to sign a document to confirm that the item is correct and in good condition. The clients who will receive wrong or bad items need not to pay for its order.
Tulfo has decided to launch a virtual market after seeing a lot of Filipino people suffering from scams and modus of bogus sellers. The earnings would go to basic expenses including employee’s salary, maintenance and other fees.
