Was the Instagram account of Kris Aquino being deactivated or getting hacked?
An Instagram account of “Queen of All Media” Kris Aquino wasn’t currently available at the moment. Was her Instagram account being deactivated or getting hacked?
Manila Bulletin reported that Kris had a history of deactivating her Instagram account due to personal reasons.
In her post last 2019, according to a report on Manila Bulletin, Kris said that she wanted to stop pretending that she’s okay, adding that she needed to make peace with all that was broken within her and she needed to do it privately.
“Comments shall be turned off, di ko rin naman mababasa, because the IG app on my 2 phones will for now be deleted. IG is my sole sovereign digital territory,” Kris said in her post two years ago.
However, Philnews reported that she had a history of getting her Instagram account hacked by an unidentified person.
According to a report on Philnews last 2018, Kris posted a text photo on her Instagram account notifying her followers that her Instagram account may be hacked by someone.
As per the report, she posted a photo stating that she had been receiving security codes every other night and she complained that her Instagram account became a target of theft.

Meanwhile, Manila Bulletin obtained a screen-captured photo showing that she had more than 1,300 posts but appeared as “No Posts Yet” as of 7:30 a.m today.

As of 10:50 a.m. today, if you visited her Instagram account again, it only showed “Sorry, this page isn’t available” and “The link you followed may be broken, or the page may have been removed.“
Before her Instagram account was deactivated, Kris posted on her Instagram account (which also reposted on her Facebook page) as she shared an update about her health.
According to her, her autoimmune thyroiditis was acting up as her left eyeball was much bigger and protruded more visibly than her right eye.
Meanwhile, her Facebook page was still active as of this writing.
[UPDATE] Kris Aquino temporarily deactivated her Instagram account and surprised her followers by reactivating her account and shared photos showing Kim Chiu’s flower arrangement.
Kris also shared that Bimby woke her up (11:00 p.m. of January 8, 2020) as he’s jumping and cheering and telling her to turn on her phone.
She then said that she had to take the call, but she couldn’t be reached and so they called him & her nurse because “the news couldn’t wait”.
