Big Hit Entertainment Announces Release Date Of BTS “BE (Essential Edition)” Album

Big Hit Entertainment announced the release date of BTS’s “BE (Essential Edition)” album.

Big Hit Entertainment on Monday took to social media as the management officially announced the release date of BTS’s “BE (Essential Edition)” album.

A few months after the official release of the group’s “BE” album, South Korean pop group BTS was set to release an “Essential Edition” of it next month.

On Monday, Big Hit Entertainment tweeted that the release date of the “BE (Essential Edition)” album will be on February 19, 2021.

Although the said album may contain tracks that were previously included in the “BE (Deluxe Edition)” album, some features will be different as the “Essential Edition” album package will have “special gifts” that will be unveiled before the album’s official release.

In BTS’s official Twitter account with Big Hit Entertainment, they shared a sneak peek on the physical look of the said album.

The management also announced that it was already available for pre-order starting today on Weverse and will be released in February 19, 2021.

This was one way for the South Korean pop group members to show appreciation to their ARMYs for their unwavering support in every milestone.

With ‘BE (Essential Edition),’ we hope to show the deepest of appreciation to all fans who have stood by BTS in the making of history. We hope that BTS together with all fans will continue on their remarkable journey in 2021,” Big Hit Entertainment wrote in a press release.

GMA News Online reported that the “BE” album earned the South Korean pop group their fifth number one album spot on the Billboard 200 after releasing it last November 2020.
