Viva Artists Agency Pushed Through w/ Case Vs. Nadine Lustre
VIVA ARTISTS AGENCY – The Talent Management filed a case against young Kapamilya actress Nadine Lustre over their contract.
One of the successful young celebrities in the Philippine showbiz industry is actress Nadine Lustre. She does acting, singing, dancing, and as well as endorsement projects.
Nadine was under the management of Viva Artists until January when she allegedly revoked her management contract.

In the recent months, Nadine did not do acting projects. The showbiz industry was greatly affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Meanwhile, the actress was able to do an album entitled Wildest Dreams.
Nadine’s ex-boyfriend and loveteam partner James Reid helped the actress with her album. It took social media by storm upon its release.

It is no secret to the public that an issue was going on between Viva Artists Agency and actress Nadine Lustre. Recently, the talent management filed a case against the actress.
Based on a report on ABS-CBN News, Viva Artists Agency accused Nadine Lustre of a breach of contract. The complaint was filed before the Quezon City Regional Trial Court.
According to VAA, Lustre bypassed her “valid and existing agency and management agreement by contracting independently with advertisers, promoters, and other third parties, in utter disregard of the exclusivity of her contract”.
The talent management also stressed that the actress is under an exclusive contract with them until June 2029. This 2020, aside from her album, the actress had endorsement projects.
