Side of Nadine Lustre on Case Filed by Viva Artists Agency Vs. Actress
NADINE LUSTRE – The camp of the young Kapamilya actress broke their silence on the case filed by Viva Artists Agency against her.
Recently, a lot of people were surprised by reports confirming that Viva Artists Agency pushed through with a case against Nadine Lustre.
In a complaint filed before the Quezon City Regional Trial Court, Viva Artists accused Nadine of breach of contract. According to the talent agency, the actress is their exclusive artist until June 2029.
It claimed that the actress violated her “valid and existing agency and management agreement by contracting independently with advertisers, promoters, and other third parties, in utter disregard of the exclusivity of her contract”.

Nadine has released an album entitled Wildest Dreams this 2020. She also did some endorsement projects.
Based on a report on ABS-CBN News, Nadine Lustre’s camp broke their silence on the case filed by the Viva Artists Agency. Her chief legal counsel, Attorney Lorna Kapunan, stressed that it was an Agency contract that the actress has with Viva.
“Nadine is the Principal — and it is the right of the Principal to terminate the Agent when it is not performing its commitments under the Agency Agreement,” she said.
Based on the report, Nadine Lustre’s camp welcomes the complaint filed by Viva Artists Agency. Kapunan also stressed that they are confident that the truth will come out as she accused VAA of being predatory not only the actress but its many other talents.
According to Nadine’s lawyer, they are prepared and it is not just Nadine’s fight alone but it is for all the artists who are in similar situation with the actress.
Kapunan stressed that Nadine is currently on a “self-managing” and she has the right to do it most especially amid the situation brought by the COVID-19 pandemic now.
