Several reminders to PAL passengers traveling overseas
Philippine Airlines (PAL) gave several reminders to passengers traveling abroad/overseas.
According to the country’s flag carrier, travelers must accomplish their profile and health declaration forms, five (5) days before their scheduled flight.
Passengers whose flights are scheduled on November 12 can now fill out the forms online.
But those who are bound for Australia, Canada and United States are exempted to fill out the online forms as they are expected to fill out the physical form upon check-in at the airport.
On the other hand, travelers who are bound for Singapore must fill out the profile and health declaration forms provided online as well as submit a physical form upon their check-in.
Local Manning Agencies (LMAs) are opted to register their passengers on their behalf.
Upon arrival at the airport, PAL attendants will check if the passengers have valid and complete travel documents.
Philippine Airlines also cautioned the travelers to check the travel and health protocols in their destination.
According to PAL, their protocols may change from time to time.
Meanwhile, the country’s flag carrier will install COVID-19 RT-PCR testing at the Philippine Airlines Learning Center (PLC) starting Wednesday, November 11.
The tests can be done via walk-in and drive-thru from 8 am to 5 pm (Monday to Sunday) for only 4,500 pesos and can be paid through cash, credit or debit card, GCash, PayPAL, Alipay or WeChatPay.
The results will be released by the DOH-accredited Detoxicare Molecular Diagnostics within 24 hours.
