Actress Kris Bernal took to social media as she shared that she recently tried “social media distancing” due to this reason.

In her Instagram post, the actress said that life had been a little crazy lately and sometimes she just gotta let go of the virtual in order for her to take care of the real life things.

Kris shared that her brain, eyes, and heart were in need of a “screen break” and she tried “social media distancing” with little-to-no-use of her phone as she wanted to enjoy the company around her.

Kris also shared that she had time to explore what she can do without documenting everything and without social media.

However, the actress admitted that it was really a challenge for her who managed her businesses on her own and she had to check her shop from time to time.

Spend time with people who make you happy and support you. Do things that feel good. Take care of yourself, inside and out. Be safe. Be kind. Keep distancing“, Kris said.

My brain, my eyes, my heart, were in need of a screen break with all these conspiracy theories, fake news, looking at other people’s lives, people reposting stuff they see on the internet without checking its true validity?! 🤢 Plus, all these temptations of impulse buying! Lol! 😂 So, I tried “social media distancing” with little to no use of my phone enjoying the company around me. I had time to explore what I can do without social media and without documenting everything. Really a challenge for someone who runs her businesses on her own!! 😅 I had to check my shop from time to time!! Are you spending more time on social media than the people around you?
