Dianne Medina recently shared about her challenges and struggles in giving birth amidst the coronavirus pandemic.
In a report on Cinema News, Dianne said that she didn’t have the opportunity to see the baby on the ultrasound.
According to her, it was challenging for her when she’s just pregnant because the government imposed a lockdown in their area during that time.
Dianne also said that she was pregnant in the middle of a pandemic. She added that she wasn’t allowed to check up, wasn’t allowed to see her baby through ultrasound, but she’s only allowed to go to the hospital if it’s an emergency.

In addition, Dianne said that she also had to take safety measures — especially she and her husband — even if they’re just at home in order to ensure their baby’s health.
Moreover, Dianne said that it’s also challenging knowing that the hospital imposed safety measures and new protocols in order to ensure that the mother and the baby were both safe.
“Wala namang masayadong fears, ang pinaka magagawa mo lang talaga during this time of pandemic is to be really healthy as well as your baby“, Dianne said.
Despite the challenges that they faced, Dianne admitted that it’s worth all the pain and fatigue that she felt when she first saw her baby.
