Nadine Lustre sent her message to those who suffered from mental illnesses, reassuring them that a lot of people loved them and cared for them.
This, as Nadine made a video, which was posted on the Twitter page of Mental Health PH, wherein she gave advice to those who suffered from mental health illnesses.
In her video, Nadine advised them to always remember that they’re going to get through it whatever it was that they’re going through. She also advised them not to lose hope.
Nadine added that their feelings and emotions were all “valid”, adding that they won’t be ashamed of it and talk about it with someone who they had trusted if they wanted to. Moreover, Nadine said that it was good for them to “let it all out” and “let it go” in order for their weight on their shoulders to lift up.

Mental Health PH commended Nadine for her powerful message and said that the organization stan her as she continued to be the “vice of hope” to many.
“Keep fighting, you’re worth it!” Mental Health PH said in a tweet.
