Update on India COVID-19 Cases, Deaths & Recoveries
INDIA COVID-19 CASES – The total coronavirus cases recorded in India amid the global pandemic has reached one (1) million now.
The COVID-19 or coronavirus pandemic is the biggest challenge that the world is facing now. More than 200 countries have cases of this coronavirus disease that was first recorded in China last December 2019.
China has already recovered from the outbreak of COVID-19. However, several other countries now are still dealing with increasing cases of the disease.
This disease is known to be characterized by flu symptoms like fever, cough, and breathing difficulties. However, a person may also be positive for the disease even without showing any sign.

Currently, the United States leads when it comes to the total number of COVID-19 cases recorded. Based on Worldometer, U.S. has recorded 3,693,650 coronavirus cases with 141,095 deaths and 1,674,170 recoveries.
The list is followed by Brazil. The South American nation has recorded 2,014,738 cases of COVID-19. Out of the said total, 76,822 patients died. The total recoveries in the country now is at 1,366,775.
Based on the tally, India has already reached one (1) million cases of coronavirus. The total India COVID-19 cases is at 1,005,637 as of this writing with more than 35,000 new cases of the disease.
Out of the said total India COVID-19 cases, 25,609 deaths were recorded. With regards to the recoveries, 636,602 patients of the disease have already recovered.
Currently, the fight against COVID-19 continues. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), it may be a long-term battle against the disease.
Countries now are observing social distancing and the wearing of face masks as protocols. WHO reminded the nations not to let their guards down to prevent the 2nd wave of the disease.
