Actor Christian Bables took to the social networking site, Facebook wherein he expressed his frustration on the ‘unfair distribution’ of his movie because he is not that popular like Vhong Navarro.
Although it is not clear, a report noted that Christian Bables is referring to his previous movie entitled Signal Rock which was aired during the Philippine Film Festival last August 15-21, 2018.
According to him, he was told that he has no right to speak of himself since he is not as popular as actor-dancer and It’s Showtime host Vhong Navarro.
“Kahit awang-awa ka sa pelikula mo, wag ka nalang magsalita. Mag focus ka na lang sa pag arte,” he said
Aside from Signal Rock, joining the 2018 PFF are the following: The Allergic Women on WiFi, The Day After Valentine’s, Unli Life, Bakwit Boys, Dark Of The Night, Pinay Beauty and We Will Not Die Tonight.

Christian Bables did not name the official who told him about his status in the showbiz industry.
In the article of Push, he said he tried to let the statement slide but he stressed he has proven himself as an artist not just at the local level, also abroad.
Christian Bables also shared that the incident made him realize to become bold about his craft and for artists whose films deprived of equal opportunity- to gradually regain the courage and voice to speak and fight what is right.
