This, as Ramon Revilla Sr., the father of Senator Bong Revilla, passed away on Friday at exactly 5:20 in the afternoon. He was 93 years old.
Former President Joseph Estrada and Lani Mercado-Revilla bid goodbye to the late legislator and movie icon.
According to former President Joseph Estrada, the former senator will leave his happy memories behind in the showbiz industry where he entertained a lot of viewers who enjoyed his films, adding that the Ejercito-Estrada family had extended their condolences to the bereaved family of Ramon Revilla, Sr.
Lani Mercado-Revilla, for her part, said that God will hug her father-in-law tightly.

Senate President Vicente Sotto III, on his part, said that Ramon Revilla Sr. had a kind and good heart as his love for the masses, as well as his deep concern for the welfare of underprivileged citizens, was “an inspiring light” that laid down the parameters of “authentic” public service.
