Disturbing Photos of Pampanga Residents Violating Social Distancing Rules Just to Get P1,000 Coupon Elicits Comment Online
MABALACAT, PAMPANGA – Pampanga residents defy the social distancing measures just to get a P1,000 coupon worth of groceries.
Over the past few weeks, a lot of Filipino people are desperate to get the social amelioration cash assistance and relief goods being given by the government. However, there are some Filipinos who did not receive financial aid due to a certain reason.
The government also gave some goods and gift checks to the residents who failed to receive the SAP cash assistance.
Recently, the Twitter page “News5 AKSYON” has shared the disturbing photos of residents at Brgy. Mabiga in Mabalacat, Pampanga queuing to get a coupon for groceries worth P1,000. The post garnered various reactions from the online community.
In the photos, it can be seen that the residents are queuing to receive a gift certificate. The people violated the physical distancing rules while lining at a covered court.
The local government unit allocates the gift certificates for the residents who did not received a social amelioration cash aid.
