Kapamilya actress KC Concepcion thanked her politician ex-boyfriend Lino Cayetano and this received various reactions from netizens.

Before becoming the Mayor of Taguig City, Lino was busy as a TV and movie director. It was in 2007 when their relationship was revealed to the public. Years after they broke up, apparently, the former couple was able to become friends.

In a recent Instagram post of KC, she shared that she had a video conference with the health workers in Taguig. “Today I was able to zoom in with the lovely health workers in Taguig (where I lived for 5 years) to congratulate them on their successful efforts to flatten the curve in the city,” she wrote.

The actress also shared to her social media followers all the hard work that these health workers are doing for the city. She ended her caption with a thank you message for her ex-boyfriend.

“Thank you for the work you do and for having me, my dear friends Mayor @linocayetano & Sen @piacayetano,” KC Concepcion said.

Recalling, Senator Pia Cayetano shared the story of how KC and Lino became an item in an interview back in 2012.

“Mayroon akong conference every year. He tagged along kasi may hotel room naman ako in Geneva (in Switzerland). And then kasama si Senator Kiko (Pangilinan). Kausap niya si KC sa phone. I think Lino told me na ‘Ate crush ko si KC, ipaalam mo naman kay Kuya Kiko (Pangilinan),’” the female politician said on the defunct Kapamilya talk show Kris TV.
