Here are the Online Kapamilya Shows that ABS-CBN has to offer. Have a look!
ABS-CBN officially launched Online Kapamilya Shows (OKS) amid the crisis caused by coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic.
With OKS, ABS-CBN invited its viewers to watch contents that were produced from home, adding that these shows can be viewed at home via online streaming.
The said launch came as Metro Manila imposed an enhanced community quarantine in order to prevent the further spread of coronavirus disease 2019 or COVID-19, as such, the broadcast network was forced to stop the production of films and TV shows. While there’s no specific date on the lifting of quarantine measures in Metro Manila, ABS-CBN was looking for ways on how to bring entertainment to its viewers.
As a result, the broadcast network’s digital programs — from talk shows to virtual drama — which can be seen in one portal.
Digital Programs
ABS-CBN recently released Stay at Home Stories that featured series of drama shorts set during the COVID-19 pandemic; as well as PBB Balik-Bahay which featured former Pinoy Big Brother housemates. Other shows such as The Gold Squad, Kapamilya Chat, and Hotspot that were currently being produced from home amid the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) were also part of ABS-CBN’s Online Kapamilya Shows.
Moreover, viewers can look forward to ABS-CBN’s fresh contents, including:
- Paligayahin Niyo Ako with Ivana Alawi, which premiered last May 14 and scheduled every Thursday at 9:00 p.m.
- Harapan Kay Mamang with Pokwang, which will premiere on May 16 and scheduled every Thursday at 4:00 p.m.
- Love Thy Chika with Ruffa Gutierrez, which will premiere on May 17 and scheduled every Sunday at 12:00 p.m.
- Promdibate with Kim Molina and Jerald Napoles, which will premiere on May 18 and scheduled every Monday at 6:00 p.m.
- KG Online with Dimples Romana and Beauty Gonzalez, which will premiere on May 20 and scheduled every Wednesday at 12:00 p.m.
