Staff of San Juan Mayor Passes Away Due to Coronavirus
STAFF OF SAN JUAN MAYOR – San Juan City Mayor Francis Zamora confirmed that one of his aids died due to coronavirus or COVID-19.
Philippines is one of the countries affected by the 2019 novel coronavirus, officially called as COVID-19. It has already been declared as pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO) afters its impacts went beyond the expectation.
In PH, there is now a total of 4,195 confirmed cases of coronavirus. Out of the number, 221 died due to the said disease that caused nations to lock down borders.
Meanwhile, 140 coronavirus patients in PH have made their way to recovery. There are senior citizens who won the battle against the disease.
One of the cities with a huge number of coronavirus cases is San Juan City. It is led by Mayor Francis Zamora who lost someone close to him due to the disease.
Recently, on Facebook, it was confirmed that a staff of the San Juan Mayor died due to coronavirus. The said aide of Mayor Zamora is Ricky Rodero.
On his social media post, Mayor Zamora bid his farewell to his aide as he described him as hardworking, kind, and trustworthy. He is also one of those people that the Mayor can rely on.
