The city mayor of Bacolod officially announced that the city will be implementing a “number coding” on Home Quarantine Pass (HQPs).
This, as Bacolod City Mayor Evelio “Bing” Leonardia said in an interview with Bombo Radyo Bacolod that the city will be implementing the number coding on HQPs in order to limit the number of residents to go out from their houses amid enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) in the city.
According to Leonardia, all HQPs having an odd number (1, 3, 5, 7, 9) at the last number of the control number were allowed to go out every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (M-W-F) only, while all HQPs having an even number (0, 2, 4, 6, 8) at the last number of the control number were allowed to go out every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday (T-Th-S) only.
Leonardia also said that all residents were prohibited to go out from their houses every Sunday, adding that he will release an Executive Order tomorrow, April 14. The number coding on HQP, according to Leonardia, will start on Wednesday, April 15.
