The Philippine General Hospital (PGH), in partnership with PLDT, officially launched its dedicated hotline number in order to augment the hospital’s COVID-19 Bayanihan Operations Center.
This, as the Philippine General Hospital on Sunday, launched hotline number 155200 in order to help its operations in addressing the coronavirus disease in the Philippines, as such, the hotline number will serve as a channel for donations as well as it would give assistance to the public.
The hotline number 155200 of the Philippine General Hospital was a joint effort between the in-house IT team of the hospital and the Enterprise Business Group of the PLDT. This hotline will operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and will be managed by the volunteers of UP-PGH.
Manuel V. Pangilinan, the President and CEO of PLDT, said that the company was looking forward to working with the Philippine General Hospital as PLDT was providing “innovative communication tools” that would help the hospital to become “even more effective” when it comes to caring for the public in today’s crisis.
