Coronavirus Test Result of DOH Chief Francisco Duque
DOH CHIEF – The result of the coronavirus test of Department of Health Secretary Francisco Duque III is now out.
Currently, Philippines is facing a huge battle – the containment of the spread of COVID-19 or coronavirus in the country. It is a race against time as it has the capacity to infect people rapidly.
The Philippine government and the health authorities are calling for the public to cooperate and follow the guidelines. Physical distancing and the stay-at-home policy are pushed to prevent the spread of the disease.
Also, the entire Luzon is under an enhanced community quarantine. There are now over 300 coronavirus cases confirmed in the country and most patients are in Metro Manila.
Several personalities have tested for coronavirus. One of them is Department of Health (DOH) Secretary Francisco Duque III.
The DOH Chief had a contact with a health official who tested positive for COVID-19. He is also asthmatic and hypertensive that’s why he opted to undergo a test for coronavirus.
Now, the coronavirus test result of DOH Chief Duque is out. Based on News 5’s Radyo Dobol B, the Health Secretary tested negative for COVID-19.
