Apple officially introduced the iPad Air (3rd generation) Service Program for Blank Screen Issue on its website.
Apple officially launched its service program for the third-generation iPad Air units affected by the blank screen issue.
This, as Apple has determined that the screen on its limited number of third-generation iPad Air units may go blank permanently, adding that a brief flicker or flash appeared before the screen went blank.
The company said that the affected iPad Air units were manufactured between March 2019 and October 2019. An Apple Authorized Service Provider will service eligible devices for free. Also, the company clarified that no other iPad models were part of the said program.
