Early Adopter Claims Samsung’s Galaxy Z Flip Has Defects

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip has defects, according to an early adopter.

As the first batch of Galaxy Z Flip has shipped out to customers, an early adopter has claimed that the screen of Samsung Galaxy Z Flip has defects.

This, after Samsung just recently launched its foldable smartphone, the Galaxy Z Flip.

Early Adopter

An early adopter, with Twitter user @mondoir, posted a photo of a defective device on his Twitter account, claiming that his flipped phone have defects on his screen. According to a Twitter user, he removed the protective/instruction film on the device, tried to open the phone, and the screen started to crack. Yet, he then assumed that it might be because of “cold weather”.

After he posted his complaint, Samsung reached out to @mondoir in order to address the issue with the Galaxy Z Flip.

After having a conversation with Samsung and @mondoir, he then received a replacement after a day.

When asked about the update with his replaced flipped smartphone, he responded that it was “working as expected”, yet he was instructed that he “had to warm it up before flipping just to be on the safe side.”
