Kapuso actress Max Collins renewed her contract with GMA Network
Kapuso actress Max Collins recently shared that she’s proud to be a Kapuso as she renewed her contract with GMA Network.
In a virtual ceremony on Friday, Max shared that she’s around 19 years old when she was launched as a Kapuso for the first time.
“When I was launched as a Kapuso for the first time, I was around 19 years old. It was like a dream come true because I always wanted to be a Kapuso, so that was very memorable for me,” Max said.

Max was one of GMA Network’s finest leading ladies and also one of the most beautiful faces in Philippine showbiz as well.
She had received several prestigious recognitions in the past decade – including an “Award for Best Supporting Actress” at the 2019 Editor’s Entertainment Choice Awards for her role in “Citizen Jake” and the “Special Jury Prize” at the 2018 Metro Manila Film Festival for her performance in “Rainbow’s Sunset”
The actress also turned emotional during the contract signing when she recalled a time that made her doubt her potential as an actress.
“Ten years ago, lahat nagsabi sa ‘kin na never ako magiging bida, na hanggang kontrabida lang ako, and thanks to GMA, nabigyan ako ng chance, and ever since then, tuloy-tuloy na. So I’m so thankful for all of the love and everything that you’ve given me and I am so proud to be a Kapuso. Thank you,” Max said.
Max was set to captivate Kapuso viewers once again in the upcoming Kapuso drama series “To Have and To Hold” together with Carla Abellana and Rocco Nacino.
