Sen. Robin Padilla Discloses SALN amid Fellow Senators Doing the Same
ROBIN PADILLA – The Senator declared that his net worth is a little over P244 million as of December 2024 and he had no liabilities.
Some senators recently voluntarily disclosed their Statement of Assets, Liabilities, and Net Worth or SALN after Ombudsman Boying Remulla made changes on the public access of the SALN that are within its repository. Remulla lifted the restrictions that were implemented under the term of former Ombudsman Samuel Martires who retired in July.

Through a memorandum released by the Office of the Ombudsman, there is no longer a need for consent from the owner of the SALN. The requester just have to present a valid ID. The office is the repository of the SALN of the president, the vice president, as well as the officials of the local government units and the Constitutional commissions.

Following the lifting of the restrictions on the SALNs that are within the repository of the Ombudsman, Sen. Robin Padilla immediately asked the Senate Secretary for the full disclosure of his SALN. His move even sparked criticisms that he is just trying to get attention which the actor-turned-Senator denied.
“Nagpapansin po? Hindi po! Ako po kasi ang pinuno po ng komite ng public information na siyang nagsusulong po ng Freedom of INFORMATION po,kaya po ang paglabas ng SALN ko po ay pagsasagawa po ng isinusulong ko po.Walk the Talk po,” Padilla stated.

Recently, Sen. Robin Padilla released his SALN. Based on a report on ABS-CBN News, the Senator declared a net worth of P244,042,908.57 as of December 31, 2024. From the said amount, P100, 504, 880 are real properties while P143,538,028.57 are Personal Properties. The Senator had not declared any liability.
